The Sons of The American Legion, Detachment of New Jersey, will hold our annual SAL Leadership
College sessions on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the National Guard Training Center, Sea Girt, NJ.
(2) one day courses will be offered.
A basic course designed for anyone who would like to know about our organization from bottom to top. An advanced course designed to help members get programs rolling in their Squadrons and to exchange ideas with members of other squadrons throughout the state. Both of these courses are getting better each year, so maybe you might want to retake one of them. The forms have been mailed out in January and the deadline for registration is March 18th. Members will be required to have photo ID, an up to date card and wear the SAL cover (hat). There is also a couple of openings in The American Legion basic course and the Chaplains course for those who have completed both the SAL basic and advanced courses, more information on these please contact me directly at 609-685-6171 or email at kehehl@aol.com.
