To All,

I would like to thank Commander Barnes for appointing me as Judge Advocate for the year 2023-2024. I have had discussions with former Judge Advocate Mike Arner with concerns with the Constitution and By-Laws and Policies and Procedures which he Chairman's this year. The Committee was assigned to rewrite both Constitution and By-Laws and Policies and Procedures and had a meeting on Tuesday July 18, 2023 to get started rewriting, which I attended.

I will be working closely with Department Judge Advocate Michael Wilson for his input on various decisions and protocol. If anyone needs to get in touch with me my cell phone and email is below.
